Terms Conditions:
1. Ticket refunds, tour cancellations, or changes incur handling fees, processed according to supplier and company rules. For additional protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
2. If the supplier cancels or changes the itinerary or flight, customers may choose to accept or receive a full refund. Refunds are processed without handling fees, but no compensation or indemnity claims can be requested.
3. The prices listed on the website are for reference only; actual prices are subject to supplier pricing. In the event of errors or price adjustments, our company will correct them promptly upon discovery. However, we cannot guarantee the sale of products at the incorrectly quoted price. Customers who have placed orders and made payments do not incur handling fees if they cancel the order due to such errors.
4. All bookings must be confirmed with the supplier for availability. Completion is considered only upon receipt of payment.
5. The travel itineraries listed on this website are for reference only. The actual itinerary is subject to the arrangements made by the supplier.
6. Our company acts as an agent for various tour and airline products. If there are any defects or service issues with the products, please contact the tour or airline company directly or through us. Our company can only assist in handling the matter and is not the ultimate responsible party for product quality.
7. Cancellation or Change Policies:
a. For travel products sold by our company, cancellations are processed according to the cancellation rules of each supplier.
b. For confirmed participants of tours, in addition to any fees charged by the supplier, our company will impose an additional $50.00 handling fee.
c. Date changes will be processed according to the rules of the tour company, with our company charging an additional $25.00 handling fee.
d. Unless otherwise specified or notified, tickets can be changed or canceled free of charge within 24 hours of issuance. After 24 hours, handling fees will apply.
e. Some tickets, tours, cruises, or other products may be non-cancelable or non-refundable; please inquire beforehand.
f. Our company reserves the right to decide whether to sell the final product. For matters not covered, they will be handled according to the regulations of relevant authorities.
